The Lithuanian Winter Swimming Federation continues nearly 40 years of winter swimming traditions fostered by the Lithuanian Health Union.
Building on decades of experience, we bring the community together, organize competitions, and work to take winter swimming in Lithuania to the next level. Our goal is to build a strong, united, and internationally recognized Lithuanian winter swimming community.
We create a safe environment for everyone, organize high-level events, and invite people of all ages to discover the benefits of cold-water swimming.
